Tuesday at 9am, 45-minute practice: ardha chandrasana (half moon) flow
A class for all levels that builds up to ardha chandrasana. If you’ve got blocks, we’ll use them, but you can take this class without them. Expect hip + glute work, balancing, and ankle + foot strengthening.
Thursday at 9am, 45-minute practice: hip mobility
A class for all levels to work on hip mobility! We all need it, so let’s do it. Bring a blanket or a sturdy towel and expect functional movements to help your hips (and feet, and glutes, and low back … it’s all related).
Saturday at 9am, 60-minute practice: bakasana (crow) flow
A longer flow that builds up to bakasana (crow pose). If you’re looking for a little bit of a challenge, this one is for you. We’ll develop a foundation for a strong and safe arm balance before giving bakasana a try. If you have blocks, bring them, but if not, no worries.
